The ATOMIC Cherry Bombs are an all-female dance troupe based out of ATOMIC Ballroom in Irvine, CA. The ACBs are made up of mothers, dancers, teachers, singers, artists, cooks, entrepreneurs, fashionistas and more! Together they combine our unique talents and love of dance to entertain the masses. The ACBs specialize in vintage dances including: Charleston, Burlesque, Chorus Line, 1940′s Jazz, 1960′s Go-Go and Fosse.
The ATOMIC Cherry Bombs formed in 2007 to perform at a local charity event, The 24 Hour Cancer Dance-a-thon. Since then they have continued to perform every year at the Dance-a-thon as well as The Jump Session Show in Seattle, WA, Monday Night Tease, Camp Hollywood, The Italian American Museum, KTLA Morning News, Maxwell DeMill’s Cicada Club, The Pink Parlour Festival, Bayside Ball and many other local Lindy Hop venues. In 2011 the ACBs were featured in a Hollerado Indie Rock music video by Director Greg Jardin!
Hire the ATOMIC Cherry Bombs for your next event! We are availab;e for dance Performances as chorus girls and Swing Dancers, Charleston flappers or kick line chorus girls like in the old movies. Some of our members are also professional Lindy Hop Swing Dancers who also participate on Lindy Hop Performance teams.
